How do I book a castle?
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, area of Dubai, and the castle you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability, walk you through pricing, and lock in your booking – no forms, no waiting.
Which is the fastest way to reach you – WhatsApp, Instagram, or email?

How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends. Message us as soon as you have a date in mind and we’ll let you know straight away whether it’s available.
Do I need to sign anything before the rental?
Yes – a waiver form must be signed before your rental can go ahead. We’ll send it to you over WhatsApp so it’s quick to complete before your event.
Pricing

Pricing, delivery & payment

How much does it cost?
Our rental prices are shown on each inflatable’s page, with delivery charged separately based on your location. We’ll always confirm the full cost, including delivery, before you book. House of Bounce Dubai is a VAT-registered business, and 5% VAT is added to all prices.
Is delivery free?
No – delivery is never free, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Some of these castles are seriously heavy, needing two people and a van just to load, deliver, and collect safely – it’s proper physical work, not a quick drop-off. The fee is based on your location, and delivery itself is handled by a trusted third-party delivery partner rather than our own team. Honestly, when I started this business I used to look at delivery charges elsewhere and think the same thing – that it seemed expensive, and I didn’t really get why either. Once you’ve seen what it actually takes to move one of these safely, it makes a lot more sense. We’ll always confirm the total cost, delivery included, before you book.
How long is the rental period?
Standard hire is 8 hours. Need more time? It can be extended subject to availability for a small supplement – just ask when you book.
When and how do I pay?
You can pay via payment link, bank transfer, or cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking date, with the balance confirmed directly over WhatsApp before your event.
What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and we turn away other bookings once it’s confirmed. If your plans change, you’re welcome to one free date change instead of a refund – just let us know as early as possible.
Setup

Space, access & setup requirements

What do I need to prepare before you arrive?
Easy access to the setup area, a gate or doorway at least 1 metre wide, a power socket within 10 metres (we bring our own extension lead), and a flat, clear surface free of sharp objects or furniture. Water slides also need a garden hose nearby.
Will the castle fit in my villa garden?
Most Dubai villa gardens comfortably fit our range. Send us your garden’s rough dimensions and we’ll confirm which castles will fit before you book – some of our larger units do need extra space, and we’d rather check first than surprise you on the day.
How long does setup and collection take?
Setup and collection should not take more than 30 minutes.
Safety

Safety, licensing & materials

Are you a licensed company?
Yes – House of Bounce Dubai is a trading name of Urban Market Exhibition Organizers, licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, so you can book with confidence.
What are the castles made from?
It depends on the unit. Some are made from 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin, which is commercial grade. Others use 840D Oxford Cloth – the thickest material available in its category, though it isn’t classed as commercial grade. Both are used across our range, and we’re happy to tell you which material a specific castle uses.
Do you provide supervision during the party?
No – we provide the equipment for hire, and a trusted delivery partner handles delivery, setup, and collection on our behalf. A responsible adult must supervise children on the inflatable at all times during the hire – this is a firm requirement for every booking.
On the day

Weather, damage & responsibility

What happens if it rains or is too windy?
Dubai villa parties are outdoors, so weather can occasionally be a factor. If wind speeds are forecast above 38km/h (24mph) or heavy rain is expected on your date, we’ll contact you in advance to talk through your options – including using your free date change to move to another day. Safety always comes first.
What if the castle gets damaged or dirty during the party?
Normal wear and tear from a day of play is expected, and we clean every inflatable after every hire as standard – that’s already included. Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, pets, sharp objects, food or drinks, or other avoidable damage, as well as excessive cleaning beyond normal use. If anything like this comes up, we’ll always discuss it with you before any charge applies.
Who’s responsible for the castle while it’s set up?
The host is responsible for the castle for the duration of the hire, including making sure it’s supervised and used as intended. If you’re ever unsure about something on the day, message us and we’ll help.
